Notes

The rice cake recipe makes a delicious treat that can be eaten in many different ways. Using rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and a little bit of salt, it is easy to make a soft, slightly sweet cake with a nice structure. The recipe can be changed and experimented with to fit each person's tastes.
First, the dry ingredients are mixed together in a bowl so that they are spread out evenly. The mixture is then slowly mixed with water while being stirred constantly to make a smooth batter. A teaspoon of vanilla extract can be added for a little extra taste.
Next, cooking oil is put in a baking dish or round cake pan to keep the rice cake from sticking. The batter is poured into the pan that has been greased, and the top is evened out with a spatula. After a short break, the pan goes into an oven that has already been heated to 350°F (175°C).
The cake is cooked for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown. Baking powder in the batter makes the cake rise and get fluffy, which gives it a nice shape. Once the rice cake is done, it can be taken out of the oven and set aside to cool before being served.
Because the method can be changed in many ways, you can make it your own. Some people may choose to add extra ingredients like shredded coconut, figs, or nuts to the rice cake to make it taste and feel better. Some people might try different sauces or glazes to improve the taste even more.
